SOLD Paring knife – 15N20 steel and Desert Ironwood handles

Here’s a little parer that I have for sale.

Made from Aldo’s 15N20 steel. Handle scales are Desert Ironwood, with black carbon fibre pins for a very subtle look.

Hand stropped to a wicked edge. This would be a great addition to any kitchen. I could even see it being used as a bird and trout knife.

The blade was hand finished to 1000 grit, then given a 600 satin finish.
OAL: 8″
Blade: 3 1/4″
Spine width: 1/16″
Height: 1″ tall at the heel

$140 shipped TYD in Conus and Canada. I will also ship to other areas, just email or PM me for a shipping quote. First to say I’ll take it, followed by a PM or email gets it. Posted on multiple sites, so I will go by time stamp.

Comments and questions welcomed 😀
